- The final ICSP Conference Conclusions emphasized the global consensus that shared parenting serves as a critical protective factor for a child's well-being.
- The council advocated for multidisciplinary, child-centered justice frameworks while rejecting rigid or ideologically driven legal approaches to family conflict.
